By accessing or purchasing from the Grandma’s Basement online store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Grandma’s Basement sells merchandise, handmade haunt props, pneumatic scare effects, and related products. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may be updated at any time.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Made-to-order products, including Pneumatic Air Blasters, begin production after an order is placed. Once construction has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Grandma’s Basement reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.

Product Use

Certain products sold by Grandma’s Basement, including pneumatic air blasters, use compressed air, electrical components, or other equipment that must be installed and operated properly.

Customers are responsible for safe installation, proper setup, correct air pressure, electrical connections, and operation of these products.

Products must not be used in a way that could injure a person, animal, or damage property.

Grandma’s Basement is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive air pressure, incorrect wiring, or failure to follow product instructions and safety warnings.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

Made-to-order products require additional processing time before shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations are handled according to the Grandma’s Basement Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Grandma’s Basement name, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, and other original materials may not be copied or used without permission.
