Shipping Policy

Grandma’s Basement ships merchandise and made-to-order haunt products within the United States.

Air Blasters: Pneumatic Air Blasters are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for assembly and testing before shipment. Shipping rates are calculated separately from the product price and may vary depending on destination.

Merchandise: Shirts and other merchandise may be fulfilled separately from handmade haunt products. Because items may ship from different locations, orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate packages.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Grandma’s Basement is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage.
